How do you find Vitamin C in a substance?

Is there a solution I could use to test and see if there is Vitamin C in an object?

How do you find Vitamin C in a substance?
Are you in need of finding out if our oranges and lemons are no longer producing citric acid? Or are you trying to proof that vitamin C tablets are violating consumer content laws? Either way vitamin C is usually in the form of an acid (citrus acid) you can prove acid with a litmus paper? If this is for a science fair or project I would check a chemistry book.
