Ok, so I am a girl, but I can't find the pressure ports to recharge my a/c. Does anyone know where?

I have a 94 lumina. 6 cylinder 3.1 Can anyone help me find the a/c ports so I can charge my a/c? Please?

there under the air filter housing on the drivers side of the engine compartment. Be careful you can get hurt re-charging an A/C if you don't know what you are doing. The fittings are a pain to get at on that car.
Reply:You know what miss thang, you need to take some Midol or something. Sorry, I am very conservative, unlike your liberal self and I am used to have a man help me with "manly things."

Get off your high horse! Report It

Reply:nope
Reply:Some one mentioned the exact locations in an earlier post. Just remember to wear goggles %26amp; gloves, and not breath any of the vapor.

A check of an online manual may help with the project. To service the system correctly takes more equipment than most people have at home, Gauges, vacuum pump, compressor oil, etc.. Remember, if it is low on charge, it had to go somewhere! It would be wise to have it leak tested first.

Nice jab from the femi-Nazi. It really helped you get a handle on your problem!
Reply:why do you say 'Ok, so I am a girl' - it is like you are admitting to some disease! I am a female and can pretty much do what I need to do. If I am not able to get the job done, I do not EVER use the excuse 'ok.. so I am a girl'.

With a little reading from the manual of the car you are speaking of and calling your mechanic will help!!! Just because one is a 'male' does not mean that he knows all.... what if you get an answer from a female or as you say 'a girl', will you listen to that? Will you take that advice?

Grow up and learn to be independant and ask when you need help, not when you are 'just a girl'. sheesh!!!
Reply:i don't know answer to question but I would warn you about getting hurt if you do it wrong I heard of person having his hand blown off, because he tried to put freon in the wrong valve. I would not fool with something I know nothing about boy or girl.
