How do I find the surface area of a sphere given C = 23 pi?

SA = 4 pi r squared. Where do I plug in C? Do I subsitute 23 pi for 4 pi?

How do I find the surface area of a sphere given C = 23 pi?
C = circumference

C = 2(pi)r

where r is the radius.

use that equation to solve for r

then plug r into your SA equation
Reply:pi r square cornbread r round
Reply:use the formula c= 2pi.R formula to find the radius. Now the you have the radius use the 4pi r^2 formula to find the area.
