yuh! but it depends if what kind of juice.. orange juice, kalamansi juice.. all citrus juices have great amount of Vit. c

I'm sure there are a few ways. Mass Spectrometry comes to mind, and also spectroscopy.





Mass spectrometry - insert a sample and you can use a tandem MS method to separate a known mass/charge quantity analyte from the mixure. This would give you a relative abundance.





Spectroscopy - you could use a known enzymatic reaction specific to ascorbic acid and measure the concentration via a bicinchoninic acid assay.
