How to find out what kind of corporation do I have S or C ?
Unless you filed an election with the IRS to be an S Corporation, you have a regular, or C Corporation.

S-Corp is NOT the standard. It's the other way around.
Reply:You need a unanimous vote of all shareholders to get S-Corp status, so if you don't know, it Has to be a C-Corp. because if you are the owner (a shareholder), you had to vote for S-Corp status.
Reply:You can look on your past tax statements or ask your Accountant, they will know how you filed (S or C) standard is S-corp
