How can I find something that shows what catagory a felony is? Such as attempted burglary, catagory B, C, A?

We assist individuals to Seal their Nevada criminal records. In the State of Nevada there are waiting periods before you can Petition to Seal your record. For felonies, the wait could be 7 years, 12 years, or 15 years, depending on the catagory (A, B, C, D, E) of the felony. Where can we obtain a book, a printout, etc., indicating what catagory a particular felony is?

The Penal code for whatever state you're in would be a good start. Most are around 60 dollars, and it defines everything nine ways to next Tuesday.
Reply:A cheaper rout would be to go into your local law enforcement center (LEC) and ask to use the law library. it may be in your courthouse too. where i live it is all the same building. anyway once you find what you are looking for make a photo copy they may charge you 10 cents for cost of paper. But it's cheaper than a book if you only need a few copies.
